Rose is an encouraging, available, and attentive Spiritual Director whose style is marked by her relational and warm approach. Her directees describe being guided by her as a safe, non-judgmental, and peaceful experience that brings greater intimacy with God. As Rose has experienced God's love and grace through spiritual companionship in her own life, she developed a strong desire and prayer that God would lovingly and graciously touch the hearts of others through her prayerful, attentive listening.
As a Spiritual Director of women, Rose feels honored and humbled in her role of creating a sanctuary in which individuals are free to come as they are with their questions, joys, doubts, and concerns. Together, Rose seeks to listen for the direction and movement of God's Spirit in any area of her directees' lives.
Rose has experience serving in leadership roles in various kinds of small groups in the church and community. She's also served as a coach to single moms at Fellowship Housing, as well as staff positions in Seeds and Community Care/Pastoral Care at Willow Creek Church.
Rose enjoys spending time with her husband Del of 45 years, and their three adult children, their spouses, and 4 delightful grandsons.
